SHIPPING

We ship our orders from our warehouse as soon as possible on working days Monday to Friday before 5pm GMT the following working day after successful payment has been processed.

Delivery
For domestic orders in Ireland, 4 to 5 working days.
For orders in the rest of Europe, 7 to 18 days. 
For the rest of the world from 14 to 21 days.
(However for the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, customs tax can be expected and is not covered by us)

IMPORTANT
We can cover extra shipping if there is a failed delivery, in the case that the package is returned to us, the cost of re-shipping will be payed by the customer. A member of customer service will be in contact via email for assistance if this happens.

We offer free domestic shipping in orders over 55€ (Ireland only)


Will I need to pay duties and taxes?

The customs tax on international shipments are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the country. 


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns

  • You can return any unopened and unaltered item if you change your mind within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Organi online store. Please contact us via email for assistance and to receive the item return application. We unfortunately CAN NOT cover return postage.

  • Any product(s) for which the return application is not submitted within the above timeline is not eligible for return.

  • Products excluded from returns are: underwear, socks, marked as final clearance, outlet and non-returnable, altered/customised products, and limited edition or time sensitive offers. If we receive a return of products that are not eligible for returns, the products will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund.

  • Products submitted for return must be in new and original condition, unwashed and unused, in original product packaging and with original price tags and labels attached. Damaged items will not be accepted.

  • If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid only. Postage costs ARE NOT included in refunds.

  • Organi reserves the right to reject a return if the product submitted for return does not meet the requirements above.

Damages and issues

We offer money back and returns in the following situations:

In the case of defects or tears in the garments, wrong item or color (in that, you chose one color and we sent an incorrect color by mistake). As a customer you have the legal right to return the item for a full refund or exchange for a replacement correct item. Remember this must be within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s). The item MUST remain unopened, and the inner packaging unaltered, and in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact us via email for assistance and to receive the item return application. (Any purchase made in under a limited time offer will not be refundable in money, but rather in a voucher for in-store spending. Purchases of limited time offers are considered acceptance of this term and condition)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

At this time we do not offer changes if you've chosen a wrong size when the item has already been sent.
For that reason, please carefully follow our size guides, color selection and detailed description. We also do not offer changes in quantity, colors or other specifications or types of product. Although uncommon, it can happen that there is an error in the online labelling of a product. If that's the case, please contact us via email within a week from the time of delivery for assistance. It is important to include your order number and photos of the item in question and we will help you as soon as possible.
